Who can buy
Products are sold to consumers and businesses in Europe. When you buy as a consumer, EU consumer protection rules apply.
Orders & payments
- We process orders after payment confirmation.
- Payment is done via secure third party providers, like Stripe.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery times are stated on each product page. In the unfortunate case that we can’t deliver, we will contact you and offer a refund and a discount for your inconvenience.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
When you order as a consumer, you have a 14 day right to withdraw from your purchase after delivery, without giving a reason, exceptions apply for opened consumables.
Returns & refunds
To return: notify us within 14 days and ship your purchase back to us, we will refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. For consumable products, the packaging should not have been opened in order to qualify for a return.
Product information & health claims
Our products are supplements based on collagen. Product claims are made responsibly, using information driven by research and studies. We do our best to maintain accurate content on product pages and product labels while ensuring compliance with EU and Dutch rules on supplements and health claims.
Liability
We take great care in everything we do, from carefully sourcing our ingredients to safely shipping your order. If any unexpected issue occurs despite our best efforts, our liability is limited to the value of your order, except in cases of other liability required by law.

Complaints & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. For consumer disputes, certain mandatory consumer protection rules in the consumer’s country may still apply.

We may update these terms; changes will be published with a ‘last updated’ date. For existing orders, the terms at time of purchase apply.
